Can we use our own fabric?

Yes you can! However we have a wide network of fabric suppliers and are able to source almost any fabric for you, so you don't need to!

Can we only choose from the fabrics on your website?

Our website showcases some of our most popular fabric options. However, you are absolutely welcome to come to us with a fabric you have in mind and we can work with our vast network of fabric houses to source it for you. We can also organise fabric swatches to be sent to you.

Can we customize height, width?

Yes, all of our pieces can be customized to suit your space and requirements. We offer adjustments to height, width, length and overall proportions across our custom furniture collection.

As each piece is handcrafted to order, we can also work with custom fabrics, finishes and COM (Customer’s Own Material).

I have my own design – can you make it?

Yes – we love working on new designs with our amazing customers.

Window Treatments

How much depth & width do I need to allow for recessed pelmets?

If you're doing a roller blind and s-fold sheer curtain it is best to allow 220mm width and approx. 150mm deep.

A single window covering (s-fold style) will only need a width of approx. 120mm.

How much does a curtain stack back?

It really depends on your fabric but a general rule of thumb is 1/3 of the total width should be allowed for.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship to?

How long will my order take?

Standard Lead Times
All Zenn Design pieces are made to order in Australia and the United States. During off-peak periods, lead times are typically 8-10 weeks.

Peak Lead Times
During peak periods, lead times may extend to 8–12 weeks. If you are working towards a specific timeframe, we recommend getting in touch prior to ordering to confirm current production schedules.

Pre-Christmas Lead Times
Orders for guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery typically close in October. Exact dates will be shared on our website and social channels. As this is our busiest period of the year, lead times may extend to 10–14 weeks.

Please note: Lead times may vary depending on fabric availability and delivery timeframes.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer order pickup. All Zenn Design pieces are delivered through our trusted courier partners, who are experienced in handling our products.

Returns & exchanges

Do you accept returns?

Due to the highly custom nature of our products we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. In which case we would do everything possible to remedy the issue so you are 100% happy.

Do you accept exchanges?

Due to the highly custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept exchanges. We recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing your order to ensure you are completely happy with your selections. Our team is always available to assist, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch for guidance prior to ordering.

Do you do refunds?

Our Approach to Issues and Refunds

At Zenn Design, our priority is resolving any issues that arise due to errors on our part. As part of our standard policy, we do not offer refunds.

Consumer Rights: In the United States, consumers are generally entitled to remedies if a product is defective, not as described, or fails to meet the terms of sale. Where applicable, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or other appropriate solutions. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where we are unable to rectify the problem.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. We recommend ordering fabric samples prior to placing your order to ensure you are happy with your selections.
